Lyndsey Geiger is a Colorado native and Boulder County Realtor® with the Geiger Group at Compass Colorado, specializing in residential real estate, new construction, relocation, first-time homebuyers, and luxury homes across Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Erie, Broomfield, Longmont, and the greater Denver metro area. A member of the first graduating class of Monarch High School, Lyndsey has deep, lifelong roots in the communities she now serves.

Real Estate is a family legacy for Lyndsey. Inspired by her mother, Caryn Geiger, a respected leader in the local real estate community for more than two decades, Lyndsey grew up watching firsthand how integrity, hard work, and genuine client relationships change people's lives. That admiration became a shared passion, and together Lyndsey and Caryn built The Geiger Group into one of Boulder County's most trusted mother-daughter real estate teams, paring Caryn's decades of local experience with Lyndsey's modern marketing and negotiation strategy.

Before real estate, Lyndsey spent nearly a decade in the wine and spirits industry, living in New York City and leading national account growth for internationally recognized brands including Lucas Bols and Oyster Bay Wines, experience that sharpened the sales, marketing, and negotiation skills she now brings to every Boulder County transaction.

After returning to Colorado, Lyndsey became a top-producing sales consultant for one of the nation's largest homebuilders, earning some of the company's highest customer satisfaction ratings. The new-construction background gives her clients valuable insight into builder contracts, timelines, incentives, design selections, and negotiation opportunities, a real advantage for buyers considering new construction.

Beyond real estate, Lyndsey is a Board Member of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce, Director of Marketing and Membership for the Buffalo Belles at the University of Colorado, and a volunteer with Food For Thought and the Golden Retriever Freedom Rescue, where the team's mascot, Jax, was adopted.

Caryn Geiger is a longtime Superior, CO and Boulder County real estate expert and co-founder of The Geiger Group. With over 25 years living, working, and raising her family in the Rock Creek neighborhood of Superior, Caryn brings unmatched local knowledge to every transaction across Boulder County and the Denver metro area, including Superior, Louisville, Arvada, Broomfield, and Erie real estate. 

After relocating from the Midwest more than two decades ago, Caryn and her family were drawn to Rock Creek, a pull she trusted, and never regretted. That decision became the foundation of what she calls her own "Super Lifestyle", and it's the same experience she now helps her clients discover throughout Boulder County.

Since then, Caryn has built both a thriving real estate career and a deeply rooted presence in the community she calls home. As a founding member of the Superior Chamber of Commerce and a familiar, trusted face behind countless local events and initiatives, she's known for her energy, generosity, and genuine gift for bringing people together.

Caryn's approach to real estate is grounded in relationships, not transactions. Whether helping a family buy their first home in Superior, selling a longtime home in Lousiville, or relocate to Broomfield or the greater Denver metro area, she guides her clients with honesty, patience, and unwavering dedication.
