Welcome to Louisville/Superior
Louisville and Superior are suburban towns in Boulder County, about 30 minutes from Denver. The towns began, like many in Colorado did, as hubs for mining. Since the mid-20th century, however, both towns have become more residential and are now quaint, serene suburbs of Denver. Residents in Louisville and Superior love the area’s diverse architectural styles, ranging from Colonial Revival and Craftsman to Modern, Ranch, and Victorian homes. Louisville has been ranked as one of the top 50 places to live in America several times, with Superior close behind.
Both Louisville and Superior present strong, tight-knit communities in which to raise a family. The child-friendly parks and pet-friendly trails encourage residents to enjoy the temperate weather and pleasant year-round sunshine. Historic downtown Louisville is a charming square with boutique shops and family-run restaurants.
